II. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The NC election is in the voting phase, with Jeremy Hicks and Jamie Wilkinson as the candidates. If you have not already voted, please do so; voting ends on Friday, January 3rd.

That said, things are largely caught up in NC-land. The account is on the lists it should be on, prestige is largely caught up, the account itself is organised for the next NC, etc.

We finally have global lists, which are available at http://lists.shadowplayinternational.org/. Subscript to them. Use them. They're important if you want to keep a global organisation alive.

As has been noted elsewhere, we also have a global wiki: http://wiki.shadowplayinternational.org/index.php/Main_Page Please use it: for game announcements, for character bios, for domain information, etc. This is an important tool to allow domains and clubs to work together and play with each other.

III. INTERNAL PROJECTS

III.A. CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

This never gained traction; however, Global is currently investigating the details of SPI becoming a legal entity, and is willing to help us do likewise. In the meantime, I'm going to see about starting the process of getting our paperwork together. To that end, however, we're going to need a Board. All of this is essentially pending whoever is the new NC.

III.C. MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS

I believe we are currently up-to-date on this; however, if anyone knows of someone still pending, please have them contact this office.

III.D. MEMBERSHIP HANDBOOK

The Handbook team died back in May, and never recovered. An effort to begin it anew was sent to the Domain Coordinators (and general membership) on 22 November, with very little response. Meanwhile, we've had an offer from the NC of WTG over in the Camarilla to, in essence, "crib from their notes" (since they are just wrapping up their own handbook).

IV. PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

Problem: we can't find certain DC reports (which may or may not have been sent to the old gir.coordinator address, to which we no longer have access).
Solution: Following is a list of all DC reports we have on hand; if you're a DC and you don't see a report listed here for a given month, please root through your archives and re-send it (or if there was no report, please indicate such).
